Survivor Diary
14th day - April's First, 2012.
It's been two weeks and I'm still striving to keep sane. I've found a nice plain near the ocean and decided to settle for at least two days - my boat projects would finally be put to action, and I still have to recover from that creeper accident.
During the night, though, something woke me up. I can't really say what exactly was it - but it was unsettling.
I looked outside; there were no mobs. No animals. Nothing. The pretty land filled by sheeps and pigs I've seen at that same morning was now filled with a dealy silence and nothing but the moonlight.
Curiosity got the best of me and I went to my chests to pick some armor up and find what the heck was going on.
The chests were empty. No armor, no tools.
Everything was gone, except for what I had in my pockets.
I tried to stay calm, but I began panicking as soon as I noticed all the house's torches have been taken down. Was I finally going insane?
I opened the door, confused, and took some dizzy, clumsy steps into the night. The silece was terrifying, as well as the horrid sensation of someone watching me. My senses were so numb due to the panic that it took me too long to focus on the ground around me. When I finally did, a faint gasp for breath was all I could let out.
My hands moved by their own will and made their way inside my pocket. I somehow picked a torch up and placed it down instinctively.
The light revealed dozens, hundreds of them.
Staring at me, perfectly still, with eyes that pierced through my soul.
I was cornered.
